Information collected
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the name, email, city, topic, preferred time and message you choose to provide. Our hosting and form provider may process technical data such as IP addresses for delivery and security.
Purpose
We use enquiry details to respond to requests, discuss availability and provide requested services. We do not ask for payment-card data through the form.
Storage and providers
Netlify Forms processes and stores form submissions on our behalf when enabled. Access to submissions should be restricted to authorised administrators. Retention and deletion procedures should be reviewed by the site operator.
Your choices
To ask about access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, email help@relationshipdecode.com. We will respond subject to applicable requirements.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect submitted information, but no internet transmission is guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sharing highly sensitive information in the enquiry form.
